Project 4700 and Project Kingfish are trying to sell and relocate several older building structures located on each of the development sites.

Project 4700 has plans to develop the property located at 4744-4770 Telegraph Avenue and 495 & 497 48th Street in Oakland, which currently contains 3 structures with 11 residential units and 1 commercial unit.  

Project Kingfish has similar plans for a residential/mixed-use development at 5244-5248 Telegraph Ave and 5227-5229 Claremont Ave.  This site currently contains 5 structures with 7 residential units, 1 commercial/retail unit and 8 storage/garage units.
